Option 1 – Lease to Us:

Opt for our company to become your tenant through a company lease agreement, and enjoy the following advantages:

  • Guaranteed rent: No void periods as we assure rent for the entire agreement duration.
  • Maintenance coverage: We handle minor maintenance expenses.

  • Inspection flexibility: You’re welcome to inspect the property at your convenience with adequate notice.
  • Worry-free management: Rest assured of consistent returns and our dedicated care for your property.

Option 2 – Co-Hosting:

Alternatively, entrust us to manage your property as a co-host. While this approach follows the same marketing process as Option 1, there are key differences:

  • Variable returns: Monthly income may fluctuate, occasionally exceeding the guaranteed rent.
  • Owner’s profit: All earnings from short-term stays, post-cost deductions, go directly to you.
  • No rent guarantee: Unlike Option 1, we don’t commit to a minimum rent guarantee, allowing returns to adjust based on bookings.
  • Furnishing responsibility: All furnishings are owner-funded; we can assist in sourcing and setup if desired.
  • Income sharing: We receive between 15 – 25% of the total gross income from your property’s bookings. Our mutual interest lies in maximizing your profit through increased income.

  • Enhanced Return Management: Alternatively, for potentially higher returns, we proficiently manage your property.
  • Property Acquisition Options: Our due diligence guides us in offering purchase opportunities through outright sale, lease options, or rent-to-buy arrangements.
